Sachs Shocks

How are Sachs Shocks viewed when compared to Bilsteins or Konis? I had someone tell me that Sachs are the best OEM shocks available. Is that true in your opinion? Joe

Years ago Sachs products were always viewed as an OE product. They would do the job. Bilsteins used to be top notch. SACHS grew and now are a pretty good product. I would stay with OE shocks.

Based on the reviews I have read right here on irv2.com and from our own customers, Koni's are far superior from a ride quality standpoint. I don't know of any Koni shock owners who didn't state there was a significant improvement in ride quality over the OEM shocks.

road king shocks are probably the best, at least the most expensive?
many over the road trucks that accumulate high miles use road king shocks.
i researched rk's and settled on koni's for the best performance for the price for my moho. my koni fsd's have been performing well for me for about 6k miles.
