I own a 2003 Itasca Sunrise which has one of the Samsung microwaves that had the recall of which I had the pad replaced. However, this pad has now gone out and I need to replace the entire microwave. Does anyone know what brand Winnebago places in their new Itasca Sunrises and if so what model number could I purchase to replace my old one. Thanks.

ljelinger the problem I had with my Samsung (in a 02 Brave 34D) was all of the lights went out. I unplugged it for 20 or 30 minutes then I plugged it back and all the lights came back on. But no matter what setting I choose it would not heat. So I contacted Samsung and they directed me to a dealer which diagnosed the problem being the magnetron (part that does the heating). Samsung also told me that the magnetron has a warranty for 8 years. So all I had to pay for was labor (approx $65) and it works fine now.
