Rather than a ScanGauge I bought a Wi-Fi code reader and installed an an app on my old iPad mini which is now mounted on the dash. There are several apps available from Apple and Android that do the same thing as a ScanGauge. $19 for the Wi-Fi plug-in, $10 for an iPad mount, $10 for the app. Lots of information and much easier to see on the iPad.

Scan Gauge also is a code reader and will clear codes.
