Shade on the Screen Door Won't Retract

Hi all. Just back from a 2400 mile round trip to Denver (3rd round trip this year)from Indianapolis (left just before the blizzard). This is our third Winnebago product and I have to say, Winnebago Rules! No problems, the thing just runs like a top and everything works. The only minor issue is that the shade on the screen door doesn't want to retract. I've fiddled with it to no avail. Can't see any way to remove and "rewind" it. Anyone got an idea? Had a problem with ours some time ago, it was held in place with two screws on each end of the housing. After removal, it was very similar to the old style window shades we had a kid in our home. The screws have plastic caps over them that just pop off with a fingernail.

I would imagine yours is very similar to ours.

Well... thanks a bunch Chris. I never noticed those little plastic caps until you mentioned them. All fixed now.
