I have never replaced the shower door in our MH but if its in a square opening you can replace it with a glass shower door easily. Instead of going to a big box store, I would find a shower door business that can custom cut the pieces for you...if you have solid framing to attach to, its a pretty easy install especially if you have a custom made door. Last one we had made was a few years ago and it ran about $250

Since you currently have a bi-fold, I am guessing that is because space doesn't allow enough "safe" room for a single (and cheaper) 1-pane door. But since you have asked, I'm sure you have thought of that. My primary concern would be the safety factor of using glass (even so called safety glass). The simple wracking of the coach in various circumstances can put quite a stress on many parts and panels. Lastly, if kids are involved, definitely a no-no IMHO.

Regards and good luck!

I am also looking to replace our worn out bifold door on the shower. Its in a curve design. Would it be better to just put in a regular shower curtain? Or would it be better to replace the door with a new one?

I replaced the shower door in my RV. It was made by Irvine Shade and Door. If you do not have a curved shower they have units that will fit. Several RV parts stores sell them. But watch prices. Mine was less than $200 shipped. After purchasing and installing mine. Found that I could have gotten silver instead of gold by calling Irvine and getting the correct order number.

We replaced a folding plastic shower door in our previous TREK with a "roll-up" shower door from camping world. This was like a sideways oriented window shade that you pulled from the left. It also had an integral wiper to remove water as it retracted into it's housing. We were very pleased with the product, but I haven't seen it in a CW catalog recently. I believe it was manufactured in Australia.
