Any suggestions as to how to stop the drip? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>I've had this problem before. Call Shur-Flo and they will send you a new connector kit. The fittings should not drip at all.
Once upon a time ....
when I had the old square cut clamps the thing cracked and it filled up my water heater closet just about. I opened up the compartment door and got a glimpse of Niagara Falls.
The new clamps are distinguished by having a rounded profile like a U. What I would have done is remove the O-Ring and spin it 180? and try it again. Lube it up with Vaseline.
Lesson learned - store nothing in the same compartment with the pump that can't get wet.
