Sightseer Dash A/C

Hi Guys, I have a 02 Sightseer. The dash A/C is barely coming out the dash vents. It is all being diverted to the defrost vents. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!

You have a vacuum leak. The fail safe no vacuum position is out the defrost vents.

I am fighting the same issue on my 03 sightseer. But if I try other positions it works but off an on on max air. So when I got home I checked all actuators and lines with a vacuum checker and everything checked good. When I hooked it to the control switch I can hear a leak so I am waiting on a new switch. More to come. Click image for larger version

This is the actuator that has issue pulling. It has 2 lines in.

Is that located in the dash? Where you flip the console open? Mine blows out the defrost at all A/C settings.
Thanks for the reply. Let me know how yours works out with the new switch.

Yes flip up the dash and that one is the nearest to the firewall. You can push on it to close and air will come out of the vents.
