I am wondering what affect skirting may have had on those of you who are full-timers with regard to winter months. Has it helped keep the coach warmer at all.
If so, what material and cost did you incur?
What manufactures did you buy your skirting from?

Thanks.

A consultant who lived in a 5th wheel spent the winter in Wisconsin a few years back ... he skirted his 5th wheel with haybales that had been inserted into black plastic garbage bags ... then he used black tape to seal some troublesome spots ... (the tape he used is designed to hold black polyetheline sheeting ... you find it in farm stores ... it is sort of a cross between electrical tape and duct tape)

He had a 100 gallon LP tank setting beside his rig.

He had electrical heat tape on his fresh water hose ... and his sewer hose.

It gets below zero in Wisconsin ... he was there all winter ...
