I need help..PLEASE..

When the living room slide is fully extended the leading edge of the floor on the slide is about a 1/4 inch below the main floor, mainly in the rear the front is about 1/8 off.

I have read various references to adjust the 'Jackbolt" but I am not sure what that refers to and what the procedure is. I have all the usual tools and have a mechanical background, with some instructions I should be able to get this done, or?

I adjusted the height on my 02 Journey, the front of the livingroom slide dropped about 1/4 inch. There is a lock bolt that holds an adjustment bolt I think I accessed it from under the end of the arm, it was a few yrs ago, turn the bolt one way it adjusts up the other way it lowers the arm, it was a simple job and the bolt turned very easy, its for minor adjustments, if your not sure call the Winne tech # I had to speak to a few different techs before I got he exact info i needed some techs are more knowledgeable than others.

Yes, that is it. The one thing to keep in mind is that when you raise the rear the front comes down and visa versa. I takes a little trial and error, but I think I am getting it

PS: Its the adjustment bolt with the lock nut on top. You also have to loosen the two small bolts to let it move.
