Need to put a screw (large) into the floor of my slide, under the couch, to hold my Central Vacuum System in place. Don't want to screw the slide to the main floor. Any ideas on the thickness? Since the slide does not go "level" with the main floor when extended, I have a 1-1.5 inch "lip." Don't know if the floor is the same thickness through out, or if the "thickness" is just on the leading edge.

Motorhome in the Signature

TIA

When I removed the RestEasy sofa for re-upholstery last Winter, I remember it was held down by screws that were about 1 1/4 long.

Safest thing would be to remove one of the screws holding your sofa to the floor and check their length. The screws are easily reachable by opening the Rest Easy footrest.
