Slide Help

First time post. I have a 2006 Class C Winnebago Outlook SE Model 331C with a left side super slide. All started when I took a shower at a facility and returned to find my slide at a diagnol. Family was helping breaking down and drew in the slider with two young adults seated at the table, obviously caused the slider to pendulum with the rear out and the front inwards. Ouch. I manually cranked the slider out to a matching distance and the slider drew in with no further incidence. Just took it out and the slider went outwards as normal and without any noise, etc. Went to breakdown today and the opposite occurred: the rear draws in and the front would not. Both motors are running. extended the slider out and both where equal, had wife draw it in and the same occurred so I pushed the front in by hand begging for it to catch and pull. Nope. Once closed I opened the slider again just a foot, both sides pushed perfectly, but again the front will not draw.

Some info on the motor/gearbox/actuator: von weise motor V07668A176 1/6hp 12amp int.duty 19:1 ratio 27.0in/min 450lbs. full assembly #390887451294.

As you know the full assembly gets pricey and I am good mechanically, just never tackled one of these and looks fairly basic and straight forward. Can someone tell me what has occurred as why it pushes and does not pull. Guessing a worm drive and not seeing from below the issue.

Thank You in advance for your time, knowledge and expertise
