My front slide is leaking bad, the floor is wet and I can see water sponts on the slide overhead. I assume it is the gasket. Anybody know if Forest City can pull the side and replace the gasket in one day?

They replaced the gasket in my bedroom slide in one day. I don't think they had to pull the slide to do it though.
They said I didn't have to take stuff out from under the bed or out of the closet.

They replaced the old single flap type with a new (new in 2005) double flap type. It hasn't leaked again.

I wouldn't just assume it is the gasket, though it could be. Your water spots on the top of the slide make me wonder... if it were just the gasket I would expect only the floor to be wet. I've had to run caulk along the top of both of my slides on the outside where the top meets the inner flange after we had leaks through the top of the slides.

Your slides are under warranty for three years and it sounds like you may be close. I agree with AFChap regarding the top of the slide, I had to seal all the seams on the top of the slide to prevent water leaks.
