Slide leaving mark on carpet

The living room slide in my 2007 Journey 36G is leaving an aluminum mark on the carpet at both ends. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have an '07 Journey, and I can see a little pressure mark in the carpet from the slide, but not as you describe. The slides can be adjusted. I would talk to your dealer about it. It could be a problem in the future.

AS allready menttioned, the large street side slide leaves an impression mark on our carpet as well.

I have asked the dealer to see if they can adjust the slide a little higher so this would not occur. The reponse back after they looked at it was that it could not be adjusted higher, so I guess we are stuck with the problem for now.

Next time I am in Forest City however, I intend to bring that slide problem up again and see what they have to say about it.
