Slide Out Locks

My Suncruiser 38T has slide locks that are actuated by rocker switches. Both the passenger and drivers side have stopped working? I assume they are electric but not sure of the wiring or what circuit breaker to check; all appear to be just fine. I know that WB has a recommendation to check for debris blocking the pin location but both slides have toppers and I have not seen any issue. The passenger side stopped in the last few days.
Any suggestions from the group?
Thanx!

When I had my 2010 Tour I had problems with the locks. I removed the black covers found in the cabinets, disassembled the motors taking some of the tension off the gears. Winnebago said that when ever you locked or unlocked the slides to hit the opposite side of the rocker switch for about a 1/2 second so the lock arm wasn't fully open or fully closed. Once I did that then the motors quit locking up.

Hi there
They have had 2 different upgrades/changes for those motors, we did first one and it lasted a bit longer, had the second one done and now no more issues. Attached is the service bulletin

Thank you to both posts; the motor was bound up as noted by LJowdy. I was able to release the tension and get it to work. The service bulletin upgrade might be next on the list!
