Well for anybody thats interested, after 3 days back and forth on the phone with HWH, we have the proplem down to a bad hydralic pump. After isolating, floping hoses, checking for leaks we got down to putting a hydralic pressure guage on the output of the hydralic pump and found it only putting out about 1500 pounds instead of 3200 to 3600 pounds that its supposed to put out.
Was wondering if anyone else has run into this.
Have to give HWH credit for working with me over the phone isolating the problem step by step. Of course I haven,t changed the pump yet, so we,ll see what happens at that point.
Let you know.

Frank & Marilyn
