Slideout problem

I have a 2004 winnebago sightseer. I have had a noise when putting out the living room slide. Yesterday when I was bringing it in, one end stopped and it bound up and stopped. Ant suggestions as to the problem?

If you go HERE and search for "DigiSync" you can download a service training guide and trouble shooting flow chart for the Kwikee slides.
I have attached a WIT club Service Tip file with info on how to identify the slide model you have.

I have a 2006 Itasca Horizon with the same problem. I actually would have to go outside and push on the side that isn't going in and it would start.

Took the coach to a local repair guy and a plastic guide (in the slide arms) had split causing the slide to lower down and the slide was hanging up on the tile flooring.
