Both of our slideouts on our 2005 Voyage are leaking during heavy rainfalls. Anyone else have this problem?

I have essentially the same floor plan as you, 2004 Brave 34D. No issues with slide leaks.
But I haven't had them extended during really heavy rain, what I'd call more than 2"/hour... -I presume you coach is sitting level?

Winnebago had problems with slide seals. I fought water leaks for almost three years. Winnebago has just installed their newly designed seals and all three of my slides are water tight now. The new seals are a double seal design.

Your slides are under warranty for three years so you should go to your dealer or better yeat go to Forest City and have them repair it under warranty.

Leaking slides - imagine that - sorry, a private joke among us owners!

On our Horizon we had quite a time with the bedroom slide leaking but the magicians at Forest City have the problem licked. It is quite probable that your slides WILL leak if the rainfall rate is high enough (a 'frog-strangler' rain). Our bedroom slide will leak if the rain is heavy enough, but that is a fairly rare situation.

Pat's advice is spot-on.

We just came from Forest City where they fixed a leak in my bedroom slide. They removed the slide and replaced the entire seal. They showed me the original seal and a piece of the new seal. The original had a single seal flap, the new one had a double flap, one on each side. No more leaks.
