Sliding tray rollers
I have a 03 ultimate advantage which has 2 sliding trays for the batteries. 1 tray works fine, but on the other tray, most of the ball bearings are missing and the tray is hard to pull out. I need to replace the roller assemblies but don't know where to find them. they are made by kwikee. their website does not sell parts. any info would be appreciated.

Take one of the old(good shape) bearings and look on both sides of it with a maginifying glass to see if you can find a part number, then, number or not, go to your local parts store and see if they can match one up for you, this will be your fastest and cheapest route to go. Here is some other threads on this https://www.google.com/search?q=batt...com&gws_rd=ssl

You might try and industrial supply such as Granger. Measure all the parameters of one and then go online to Granger to see if they have a match.

Amazon has a good selection of them. They are called drawer slides. Just select the same length. They usually come un pairs. Replace both, so they match.
One thing to watch out for, is that there are drawer slides with nylon rollers instead of ball bearings. They won't handle the weight.

Try to find a bearing supply house in your area. just take one of the bad bearings to them and they should be able to match it.

Measure a good bearing with a micrometer or digital caliper. Then go to a local bearing supply store/automotive store, and ask for more. You don't need a large quantity, but this is what I mean: Loose Steel Balls - VXB Bearing online
