Slime!

Yesterday I pulled the P-Trap under the bathroom sink to retrieve an item that had fallen down the drain. The pipes from the stand pipe to the main drain line had a build up of slime. Almost a 1/4".
Now I'm wondering about the lines from the kitchen sink and shower. What is a good solution to this other than pulling the pipes and cleaning them like we did yesterday?

1/2 cup of baking soda & 2 cups of vinegar let it sit for 10 minutes, it will bubble up. Rinse with dawn dish detergent, once every few weeks also do the same in you home

Drano Foam has been getting good reviews. It takes an hour but it seems to work. I've reamed our pipes (the long stretches from the washer/dryer and the shower) with a plumber's snake and pulled out some horrific stuff. Snakes don't get the pipes whistle-clean but they eliminate anything that might cause a blockage in the future.
