Solei Dash Lights/guages Short?

2014 34tT Solei - I've read about this issue on the FB forum and thought I'd post here as there are no obvious solutions that I could find. I've read lots of complaints about this model and we have been lucky so far. 12K miles and still performing well. The only issue we've had (as with others) is the dash display - every once in a blue moon lights up (all idiot lights), goes off and seems to "Reset" like there is a short or voltage variance. Doesn't seem to impact anything and comes back on working within seconds. I want to get it looked it by Winnebago - or my lovely dealer - but again, wanted to post here to see if anyone has heard of a remedy.

Thanks all.

Found answer - thought I would share...

Thought I'd make a special post on this item.
2014 34T: Issue dash goes dark, gauges fail off, cruise turns off... seconds later console reboots and things are fine.
Currently at Freightliner in Fargo, Freightliner approved replacement of LBCU, light bar control unit.
Conclusion, Freightliner recognizes problem and has solution. Just an FYI

Hmmm. I have the early 2015 Forza which is the same model under Winnebago. I haven't seen this issue (yet). Glad to hear that Freightliner knows about it. I will go to them for a fix if I see it and not my local repair shop.

Thanks for the update!

2016 34T Dash lights flicker

I called Freightliner regarding dash lights that flicker rapidly when the headlights are on and an intermittent trip mileage indicator of 'sensor loss.'

The Freightliner rep reported they were working a 'flash' for the software, that no recall nor any fix was ready yet. They asked my contact info to notify me when a fix was ready and it would be done at an authorized Freightliner facility.

Later, a Winnebago rep reported that Freightliner was at the Factory with their laptops working on something.

Bill - thanks for the reply. The issue I'm describing is a bit different. The entire light bar resets including the tach and speedo (falls to zero). Seems like you've been able to identify some cause and effect. In my case, this problem has been complete random.
