Does anyone know what grade of oil goes in the front stub axle bearing of a 1994 Osh Kosh chassis? It is sealed with a Series 340-343 Stemco Hub Seal. The Osh Kosh manual does not mention these in the spec maintenance section.

Oshkosh chassis? I don't know but typically front stub axle bearings use 90wt gear oil. Perhaps you could go to the axle manufacturers website and look up your specific axle and it's fluid specs. Good luck.

Thank you for your response - that has been most helpful.
