Step well cover

New to Irv2, not new to RVing. I have a new to me 04 Horizon 40QD. The step well cover extends and retracts OK, it rises to floor level when extended. Sometimes when you step on it, it drops about an inch. (scares the heck out of you). If you get outside and open the door you can see that the left side is not all the way up on the black support block. You can reach under the cover and pull it up on the block and then things are fine. How and where are any adjustment for this.? I have spoke with Coach Net, and Winnebago with no help. Kwikee support is unavailable. Just recorded message and there voice mailbox is full. I have not found there email address.

Thanks in advance for your comments and help.c
