The A/C on my Horizon 36RD is acting strange it seems like the low fan setting is blowing like the high setting and when I switch it to high it cuts off for the 2 minutes and sometimes it comes back on low and sometimes it won't start back up at all. I then need to shut the A/C completely off and restart it????

Any ideas on this?

Thanks,

Steve

I would pull your manual from the RVP web site and go through their diagnostics. There are some LEDs on the control board that might point to a problem.

I had a problem in my Journey with unusual AC behavior and posted it here. Got the advice to reboot the thermostat which required shutting down internal 12V by simply using the shut off switch. You could also disconnect the battery. This reboot fixed all the problems. An easy thing to try.

I had AC problems, the fan would not shut down until you turned off the ceiling lite. Replaced the light fixture and solved the problem. The ballast was leaking into the fan relay circuit causing the problem.
