Switching co-piliot's seat

Has anyone switched out their co-pilot seat prior to purchase and if so what did it cost. The 2014 and 2015 Meridian's have the same seat option code number and the same price, but the 2014 does not have the left side armrest that can be raised like the drivers side. The 2015 has the left arm that can be raised.

If your interest is in the left arm rest, have you thought about just purchasing one. Bound to be dramatically cheaper than changing the seat and likely something you can install yourself. Check with Owner Relations to find out who manufactured the seat and contact them directly. It is likely a "Villa" seat - try googling them to see if their products look like yours.
Good luck,

You didn't mention whether you're buying a unit off the lot or ordering one. If you're ordering one you can definitely get a different seat. When we ordered our 2013 Adventurer we wanted a power passengers side seat with the folding arm rests just like we had in our 2001 Adventurer. For some reason Winnebago only offered a drivers power seat for 2013.

We toured some coaches at the factory and saw the Meridian and Journey had the seats we were interested in. We asked if we could order them. We were told we could order any amenity from any coach if it could be physically installed in the coach we were purchasing.

We had to submit a request to the factory through our dealer for non-standard amenities. Within a couple days we got an answer back that we could order the seats, and what the price would be.

If we could order seats from a Meridian to be installed in an Adventurer I'm sure you can order seats from another model to be installed in your coach. Just be aware that they aren't cheap. Since we keep our motorhomes about 10 years or more it was well worth the additional cost.

I'm interested in this too, but on a 2006 Meridian. Like it have variable vertical adjustment for the passenger
