I read about all the different prices on tire changes; Well i got one, We carry Honda elite Scooter sometimes. The front tire was getting a bit of wear on it. Origenal 1984 , so I bought a tire Ebay $13.00 + shipping It is an 3.50 X10 size I took it to a shop in Shoreline Wa. that repairs scootersNow I took the wheel off the scooter I took it with the new tire to there shop. It's MADDYS auto. I went back to pick it up. The charge was Over $36.00 To mount a scooter tire;; I payed for it and told him it was a rip off and I would post it . At that rate I think he Would charge about $75.00 to swap a car tire. what is this world comming To.. Life is good.. Just to darn expensive,

The Wal-Mart TLE (Tire and Lube Express) I used to work at charges $5.00 to mount any tire. That is the standard W-M price to mount tires (balancing, valve stems, etc. are extra).

We did a lot of golf cart, garden tractor, lawn mower, small trailer, ect. tires, but not all W-M TLEs do small tires. We also stocked these tires and tubes, so check with your local Wal-Mart TLE if you need small tires. The tubes were in the back room so you have to ask for them.
