Hello

I am interested in some tire sun protection or my 2004 36G journey. What I have seen is the black sun screen similar to the winshield screens which you can see through but reduce the sun exposure significantly. They appear to be held up by magnets I think. For the Journey which is mainly fiberglass I suspect magnets will not work . Correct? Appreciate any comments or suggestions.
Thanks

You're correct about the magnets not working on either aluminum or fiberglass. I made some from sun shade material and used small suction cups I bought from RV Quick Shade (Google them). At the bottom I used a piece of PVC with sand for weight and capped at both ends. That also became the "tube" to roll them up on when not in use.
Also, use Aerospace 303 on your tires after washing a couple of times a year.

Regular tire protection covers work great, and little hassle.
Ebay at a fraction of the cost of Camping world.
