I have a 2003 Itasca Sunrise.
Thinking about putting Toyo M143's on it.
Anybody running these tires.
Thank you,
Allan

I babysat a fleet of light and medium duty trucks for a heli logging company in a former life. Toyo M55 and M606 were the only tires that would stand up to the abuse those jokers dished out. The M143 should be a good long lasting tire if the correct one for your application.

Winne2008, D
Did you change to the Toyo M154's from Michelins? If so, did you notice any wandering in the steering when traveling straight down the road? I just replaced my Michelin XRV's to the Toyo M154's and have picked up a slight wandering problem but the ride seems to be the same.
Thanks,
Sammie

I put the M143s on my MH and the only time I have wandering is when there is a cross wind. They ride softer than the Goodyear G670s that came on it that only had 15K on them.

I bought the RV used and it had the Toyo's so I can't comment on Michlens. Doesn't seem to wander to me.

We got Toyos (19.5") because we've been loyal Les Schwab customers since the late 1960's. When we bought our rig in 2009, it was still on the OEM Goodyears, which had date codes matching the chassis build date of 2001.
We drove it home 40 miles after we bought it and then did a 100-mile round trip shakedown trip. The ride on the GY's was so bad, that even without the age issue, I'd probably have changed them.
Our local Schwab store manager searched the warehouse database and found a set of six Toyos with a manufacture date only 6 weeks earlier. All new tires, a front-end alignment, dynamic balancing and all new steel valve stems came to about $2300.

My new Toy's were only 5 months old, all with the same date code.
