Could be many things.
My 06 Suncruiser did the same. It was the ducting behind the rear cap. It had a broken seam and was loosing cool air to the outside. Sealed it with mastic and it cooled much better.

Agree with jbmsr. This was a problem during the early Horizon years. It was a significant subject several years ago. If that is not the problem find a reliable home A/C repairman. The basement air is just like a home heat pump system.

welcome TO Irv2.COM
Use the search function for this forum and you find LOTS of threads and posts about these "basement" A/C units. If your problem isn't the leaking ductwork problem (above ) then it is likely on or both of your units systems are low on Freon. You should be able to see the amp draw on the "one place" panel, but a tech's amp meter will be more accurate. If either compressor isn't pulling the correct amps, that indicates a need to find the leak and re-charge the system(s).

Good luck, and again, WELCOME!

Two main causes, the first to check has been addressed. The second item to check is the compressors, yes there are two of them in the basement unit. If one is not running the A/C will only maintain present temperature usually. My compressor #2 was not running, the technician found a corroded connection at the 2nd compressor, which he corrected, the basement unit has operated great ever since.
Here in the Winnebago forum, is a thread about this topic. The OP of that thread found a corroded connection at the thermostat after many replies offering remedies.
