I was at Camping World and found a display of Gustafson fluorescent surface mounts. Has anyone replaced their old ones with these? They look really nice and are available only through the catalog. These covers won't fall out.
Would like to know about these from any of you who have used them before I order. txs

Hmmmmmm--I have the same problem w/ 1 of my flour lt covers--in fact the last trip out it fell (again) and this time it broke, so now I definatly need a replacement.

Are those just covers or the whole light assembly?

This may not solve your problem but, on my coach, I was having a problem with the florscent light cover falling off. I tried a little of everything and then finally decided to take a good look at the fixture. I noted that a screw in one end had improperly been put in a wrong hole -- I guess when installed. The mis-placed screw was spreading the fixture apart so the cover would not stay on. I moved the screw to the correct location and the cover now stays on with no problems -- has not fallen since I made the correction. Guess someone got in a hurry at the factory that day.

Just a suggestion to look at all of the screws holding the fixture in place to make sure they are all where they should be.

The last time I asked that question I found out that it was just the cover even though it seemed like I should have gotten a new light for the money they charged for it.

I am going to put a small white screw on each end to hold the covers in place.

Don't know about the replacement fixtures but a good source for replacement lens is http://solarseller.com
Resonable prices and prompt service at least in my case.
Good Luck and happy motoring
