TV Lift repair

Our television lift in the dinette cabinet is stuck in the down position. The motor runs so I suspect it is a shear pin or stripped gear. I have opened the access panel, but cannot raise the TV to get a look at the lift mechanism. Any help understanding access, manual operation, and repair will be appreciated.

Unfortunately there are not any markings visible. Also, no reference in manuals.
Pictures attached, note nylon web strap in pictures. It appears to be loose.

I think the motor is the cylinders near the floor.

Check your remote. It might have the name of the TV lift manufacturer and model number on it. You may also want to do a search online for TV lift mechanisms and see what some of the manuals say on how to troubleshoot your problem.

Good luck!

I think you have the same one that is in my 2015 Suncruiser.

If it's not on your parts list (it isn't on mine), I'd give the good folks at Winnie a call and ask them. If you do call them, please share.

I *suspect* it is the lippert one
