Ron,
If you do a search on this forum you will find many post that have info on this subject including LCD replacement ideas. I have one that I posted for a 2006 Sunrise that should be very similar to yours.
To remove the TV you need to find 2 screws on either side of the TV (in the cabinets) that are vertical about one inch in from the inside edge of the cabinet. These screws hold up the TV Front Facia. Before doing this you should loosen the screws that hold the bottom shroud. Once you get all the screws out you should be able to drop the facia and shroud in one piece. That will expose the side hold down bolts that need to be loosened and removed. The TV is very heavy so I would advise having a friend that can balance the TV while you are loosening these bolts and then help you pull it forward and out of the cabinet.
Hope this helps -- Frank O.
BTW -- I got help from forum members on how to do this.

And don't forget the glue that holds the bracket across the top of the TV to the TV case. (I replaced that glue strip with heavy duty Velcro) Also, unplug and loosen all the cables before trying to lift that beast down.

Wendell.
