I'm sure there have been millions of folks posting their pics of swapping TVs in their RVs, but I didn't see any for older Braves so I thought I'd add mine. If this is beating a dead horse, please accept my apology in advance...

Before I begin, anyone with an older model Brave knows the horrible plastic heavy tub that contains the TV that hangs above the windshield. It's ugly and had to go.
This is the hole left after removing the old, heavy TV. Sorry I did not think to get "before" shots.

We cut a board to size for mounting the new LED TV, covered it with material rather than staining...we can always go back and stain it later should we decide to go that route. The board has a large 2X6 screwed and glued onto the back that holds the TV mount.

Here we have installed trim to cover the screws in the backing board, and chains to hold the DVD deck.

Here we have installed the rear-hinged DVD deck. It's covered with the same material as the backing board. Again, we still have the option of staining and going with the "wood look."

Next we added the DVD, cut the chains to fit, and installed the window latch to the front.

Here's what it looks like closed...

And one more shot...

I just thought this might give some fellow Winnie owners some ideas...
