TV won't go down- Itasca Sunova33C

The tv in my living room rises up from the buffet /serving surface in the eating area ( not a dinette but a slide out table with 2 movable chairs). I opened the panel in the cabinet under the TV and both motors that operate the screw jacks were piping hot. I disconnected the power clips and the tv remains still in the raised position. Any comments, suggestions?

If there are no instructions in the owners manual about manual operation of the lift ; to lower the TV , a call to Winnebago is in order.
As far as the overheated lift motors are concerned , the lift control module , SHOULD have shut off power , or blown a fuse before the motors got that hot.
You need a troubleshooting manual on the lift system , to find out if the system has micro switches to signal the module that the mechanism has reached the end of it's range of travel ; or if the module senses amp load on the motors to stop operation.
In either case you need to find the circuit fuse to check it is the proper size , because the fuse should have blown before the lift motors fried.
Is your coach brand new with warranty ?
Or new to you ; where a previous owner may have put an over size fuse in the system ?

We have a 2013 Itasca Sunova 33C gasser. I will wait until I reach Mesa and have a tech correct the problem. I've disconnected the power to the lift motors just to be safe.
