While driving, the overhead storage/TV cabinet over the driver and passenger seats rattles something fierce. It appears as though it's coming from where the driver's side window meets the cabinet, in the very left lower corner of the cabinet. I've taken the TV out and tightened all of the mounts for that cabinet. Still rattles.
Any ideas?

On our 2006 Coachmen Epic class A we developed a terrible screeching in that area. We had to pre drill and install 5 inch sheet rock screws through the side cabinet facing into the side wall to stop noise. Choose screw lenght carefully as not to penetrate exterior. Just before screw installation we squeezed contractors glue inside cabinet where facing meets sidewall.

Ours rattled whenever we went over really bumpy roads. It appeared to be the trim around the TV. Does your coach have a tube TV? In ours the trim was only secured by two screws on each side that went through the mount from the cabinets next to it. Looks like the TV was removed at some point and when reinstalled they didn't put the screws in properly.

I replaced the screws with a little bit larger and it seems solid but we haven't gone over any bad roads to prove it.

My 2008 Bounder has a full lenght power sun visor. I found if I retract it fully I get a rattle, if I leave it extended a inch or so I do not.
