Vectra shower head holder
I have a 2007 Vectra and the shower head holder does not stay tight. The shower head keeps falling from the holder and am afraid that it will chip the shower floor or break. Would like to replace but have not determined how it is attached to the shower wall.

Dunno for certain, but have you looked for an allen head set screw around the circumference of the bezel.
