Vista 31BE wiring Fantastic Fan in Kitchen vent

Has anyone wired a Fantastic Fan in the kitchen of a Vista 31BE? How do you find a wire to tap in to?

My kitchen vent cutout is all Styrofoam with no apparent path to the wiring. I also cannot find roof wiring diagram for any Vista.

Have you completely removed the current vent cover including the transition housing between the ceiling and roof? Every RV I've had from trailers to motorhomes has come prewired for a vent fan, so all I had to do to add the fan was remove what was already there, fish out the 12 volt wire lead that was already there, install the fan and connect the wiring.

I started by removing the interior trim and there's nothing but Styrofoam -- no pre-wiring or an obvious path to wiring.

I found a path to run wires to the bath vent via the AC duct. I am replacing all three vents with Fantastic Fans. The kitchen vent has been removed. It was actually pretty easy to scrape the caulking off the fiberglass roof. Odd though, the original fan-less kitchen vent wasn't screwed in place. A different type of caulk was used between the vent and the roof plus lots of Nuco 311 on top.

Hey I have the same motorhome, I have fans in the bedroom and bathroom. How did you finally get power to the kitchen fan?
