Check your front grill. Mine completely detached from the front cap today while driving down the interstate. I found it laying across the frame rails between the cap and the radiator when I stopped. Upon inspection I found that it was only attached to the front cap with adhesive. There are attachment points on the grill for brackets, but I'm not sure why there weren't any brackets used to secure the grill. FYI-Mine is a 2007 Sightseer 35J with 9000 miles.

Yep mine came off early on, dealer reattached it and used a few screws to make sure it wouldn't come off again. I got a laugh out of them using tape to hold it on - silly engineers!
