Voyager Camera Problem

Right side directional turn camera has quit working.
Directional Signals work. Backup monitor and Left
Camera both work.

The monitor was replaced under warranty in November 2008.
When I activate the right signal to turn the message on
the monitor reads " No signal"
The right camera did work initially after the monitor
was replaced.
Any ideas or where to start looking.

Thanks for any help or ideas.

The three camera cables attach to the back of the monitor and the cameras are switched in the monitor by an internal circuit that is controlled by turn signal input also on the rear of the monitor. Check the cable connections to see if any are loose or not seated good. If this does not cure the problem, switch the right and left camera inputs. If you see a picture when the right turn signal is activated the monitor is good and the right camera is the problem. Activate the left signal to double check that the right camera is bad. If you have a picture you are back to a loose or bad connection.

Hope this helps.

My problem is not right on target with yours but it might be worth checking anyway. I apparently have a wiring issue with my left camera. The left turn signal works but the camera doesn't go on. It turned out that the left turn signal works in the rear but not in the front or on the side mirror. I hadn't realized that. In my case, the camera will go on if I use the camera selector on the monitor. I took this problem to the factory in Forest City and they fixed it. They said that they found a termination on a wire that goes into a plug was loose and repaired it. That fixed the problem of both the camera and the front turn signal but only lasted for about a week. Unfortunately, we had headed south in the fall because of the weather and were 1,400 miles away so we couldn't just turn around and go back to have it looked at again. We now have a new appointment for this June to go back and have them try to fix it again. Of course it is now out of warranty so it will be on our dime. We have also had problems with the wiring on both of our slide locks so I feel that wiring in general may be a weakness in Winnebago products. Anyway, you might want to check your front turn signal on the right and see if it is working. If not then your problem is probably wiring related like mine.

Good luck.
