We have a 07 Itasca Spirit class C 31'. And were getting water in the storage compartment below the furnance. Got it late Oct. of 07 and notice water in compartment bottom right side and right side panel we think after running the furnance on cold nights, can't determine if it was rain when driving or not. Has anyone had this type of problem possibly with the frunance causing condensation or on a raniny day driving.

Could be any of the things you mentioned or you're overflowing the water tank and it's overflow line is running down in the compartment.

My Itasca Meridian's non-pressure fill point is above a compartment and if I forget to open that little door when I'm filling at the city water hookup port it will force water thru the latch slot when it should be running out the door and then it runs down into the compartment. It took me about three months to figure that one out, but when I hadn't been driving in rain and no precip I had to THINK for a change.

My owner's manual tells me to open that door when filling the H2O tank under pressure from the city hookup. It will prevent the tank from rupturing.
