Water leak

Ok, folks I really need some help. We have a 2004 29' Winnie with 2 slides. About a month ago, we were in a really strong thunderstorm. Lots of wind & rain. The a/c unit started leaking and there was water seeping around the a/c unit discoloring the ceiling. We tightened up the bolts, but there was so much water in the gasket & between the roof and the ceiling that it continued to drip. We have since had rain and no more leaking so we thought the problem was that he bolts were loose. Today, we washed the unit and once again we have water coming out & around the a/c unit, and there was water in the cabinet behind the microwave. After checking the roof there is very little water there. It seems that the water is coming in either in the vent that is on the outside behind the microwave or maybe from the sides ???? We are puzzled, we have had this motorhome for almost a year and have had no other trouble with it at all. Both times the front slide was extended if that helps any.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

nanqt, the foam or rubber gasket maybe dried out and need to be replaced. All the water has just made it sooner than later.
Washing the coach you have to be careful of vents on roof for fridge, fans, slide seals or micro, water will find a way of entering and it travels quite far from entrance.
The stain maybe removed with a watered done spray mist of bleach, if its a fabric ceiling, leather would require some leather cleaner.
