2001 35U with the heat pump air. I get a lot of water in the rear axle area. First thought it was a water leak but the water pump is not running (we're using the tank) at unusual times and there's no sign of a leak.

Could this be normal condensation from the heat pump? We're on the coast so it is humid.

Thanks! Steve

Steve,

We have had two coaches with the basement heat pump and both have the situation you describe. On hot humid days we can often see water dripping from the heat pump area.

The amount of condensation varies from much to very little if any depending upon weather conditions.

Yes, the water you see is condensation from the heat pump working.

Thanks to both of you! Whew...that's a relief. We had a fresh water leak at the toilet and that was fixed...I thought we had another one since there was so much water but then realized the pump wasn't cycling. Thanks! Steve
