water pump going bad?

While commissioning my Winnebago Brave from winter storage I notice that I was getting no water to the toilet with the pump on. Also all faucets have good pressure with the hot water heater on bypass but lower pressure with bypass open and the pump will not shut off with by- pass open. No leaks. Pressure is fine at toilet on city water. Is my water pump going bad?

Flick, what year is your motorhome? The diaphram inside of the water pump may be bad. Depending on the age of the water pump it is almost as cheap and alot easier just to replace the water pump. Also check all of your hose connections in case you have air being pulled into the lines. Good luck

With the bypass off, the water heater will have to fill befor you get any pressure. Good luck

Motorhome is a 2002. thought there might be air in the lines but there is water to the toilet and water heater when connected to city water.

The pumps are very simple to work on;;; You can that the Inlet and outet off and clean them out real good . Then take the end off that has the pressure sensor in it clean it out. Number . DO NOT FORCE ANYTHING. No prying NO hammering Do not ruin the gaskets and it will cost you but a little time and you'll be happy;
