What does that AC cord do in my 2004 Itasca Horizon Electrical Panel?

In my 2004 Itasca Horizon 40AD does anyone know that the AC plug in my electrical bay does? (Could be the same as a 2004/5 Vectra too.)

I checked my solenoid schematics which show a cutout on the panel for an AC receptical, but it's just an empty box in the diagram. So no help there.

I'm taking about the only AC plug in the electrical bay (behind the rear-driverside-wheels). This AC plug looks like the end of an extension cord plug, but it's not. It's original coach wiring of some sort and it disappears into the coach.

This unknown AC cord is plugged into an AC wall socket that is mounted to the cover plate where the 2 solenoids are located. ... but the plug is not getting 120V from the white romex that supplies it... and it too disappears into my coach somewhere. Maybe it's a switched outlet, but to what? And what 120V switch controls it, if that is a possibility?

So being the type who does not like the unknown, I am hopeful someone out there will recognize the attached plug it this picture.

See picture... Top...Back...AC Plug.

Block heater for the engine would be my guess.

Fantastic... That is the only thing in my RV I did not think to check. I will trip the Engine Block Heater Switch and check for AC voltage.

It is indeed the engine block heater, energized by the switch on the OnePlace Panel.
