Gents,
Cruising around under our new to us, '04 Itasca Horizon, 36GD with the 330 CAT and found this, what appears to be a horizontal hydraulic ram. But, it appears that the ram is linked to NOTHING. It's a bit oily on the business end but, not leaking, that I can tell. It's attached via a couple of clamps, to the the under-floor, just below the engine cover, under the bed. I've not had a chance to watch the ram go in and out during any kind of operation that the rigs going through at any time to be able to tell if it's linked to say, a bedroom slide, leveling jacks, living room slide etc. So, it's kind of just- there. Any ideas?
Scott

Fire up it is a synchronizing ram for the slide out rams. Keeps the two sides going together.

autofish,
Thanks Sir, for the prompt answer. So, that's for say, the bedroom slide? And, maybe I should see one or two for the living room slide too? Thanks
Scott
