Wheelchair hitch carrier

Hi everyone, have a 2006 Winnebago sightseer and thinking about getting a electronic wheelchair carrier hitch (no wheels) but read when driving with hitch it effects driving because of extra weight... Appreciate any input..
Thanks ... Similar to attached pic....

Couple of questions.

Is this the only thing you have attached to the back of the coach ? No toad ?
Do you have a " best guess" as to the total weight of the carrier and chair ?

I will have my electric wheelchair which weighs 350lb.. I know my hitch can handle up to 700lb but I read the extra weight in the back effects driving quite abit .
