What are the guidelines set up by Winnebago?

I don't know about any "guidelines" from Winnebago, but I have had my Cummins w/Allison tranny (Spartan chassis) serviced at Cummins locations, Western Diesel, Truck Fleet, and mobile service guys. I would also have it serviced at Flying J "J Service" location or Speedco locations. If I had a CAT (and I presume you have a Freightliner chassis?), I would look for any Cat or Freightliner service places ...most truck service places could probably handle it.

A good place to check out service locations around the country is www.rvservicereviews.com

Suggest you go to the Freightliner Custom Chassis website and download their guide called 'know your chassis.' It will tell you everything you need to know about service intervals for your CAT/Allison and much more.

You can also go to the Cat On Highway Engines site:

Caterpillar On-Highway Engines: RV

and the Allison Service Tips site:

CAT C7 is 11K mi or 12 months, which ever comes first. If you have TranSynd in your Allison, the service interval is 36 mos. for filters and 48 mos. for fluid. Don't forget to change your fuel filters annually.
