Just wondering how many others are here. Seems mostly like a class A group.
Thanks

Naah, your wrong minniecraig!
As I have stated previously, us "C" people just don't have a lot to say since we're so happy. But if you have a problem, we do speak up, meanwhile the friendship and comments/questions allow to be asked without negative freeback, is what makes this site so great!!!!!!!!
Also lots of discussion sites/formats without being a "class" reference.
Glad your aboard,
Best,

I was wondering more about the popularity of C's. Since buying our C I have been paying attention to the motorhomes in my area and have noticed quite a few C's. But when reading some magazines, watching tv shows and some forums, there seems to be more focus on A's.
Just wondering out loud I guess, if re-sale down the road would have been better with an A instead of my C? What are your thoughts?
By the way Bob, I am planning a trip to San Antonio next year to visit my brother. Any thoughts on a campground? I think he lives just north in Spring Branch.
Thanks

Lots of nice places around the SA area. Do you favor state park type camping or the nicer, full service commerical places.
You will see fewer class C than class A post since the Class A's out sell the class C's at about a 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 ratio.

Hi TXiceman, Both are fine, although I do have two girls age 5 and 9 so it would have to be someplace that would have activities for them.
Thanks

For entertainment in the SA area, you have the Schlitterbhaun, Sea World, Fiesta Texas, several caves, River Walk, The Alamo, Mission tours, tubing/rafting on the Guadelupe River, SA zoo, Gardens and lots of good Mexican resturants. You can eat yourself silly.
Several of the Texas Boomers live in the SA area.

Craig,
Sorry for the late reply, just realized I hadn't been on line in a couple of days.
Ken's given you some good local info, as far as campgrounds, Spring Branch is about 33-35 miles from downtown San Antonio, some good commerical campgrounds in S/A, some up around your brother, a state park or two in between. Is S/A going to be your anchor point? If so, Admirality RV Resort is on the Northwest side by Seaworld and close to Fiesta Texas. Also Blazing Star resort is in same area.
Guadalupe State Park is on 46 just outside Boerne, Tx., between S/A and Spring Branch (kinda) we have quite a few other parks in the area, let me know where your thinking about being based for sure, as the time comes.
Best,
