I'll be bringing it out of storage tonight to the house to do some work on it tomorrow and can take a closer look but it appears that the interior rubber has stretched past it's breaking point and split.
I'm looking for suggested ways to address this IF I cannot locate the trim piece to just replace the entire rubber seal.
Anything you can offer is much appreciated!!!

If it is a small piece of the trim that is missing you can go to a windshield glass shop and get a tube of their window sealant. I went to a body shop supply store and bought two tubes of the stuff. I used it to fix the outside rubber trim piece on my MH cause a new trim piece was going to cost over $100.00. The tube of sealant only cost $6.00. It is the same stuff the windshield glass people use to put in a new windshield.
