Ok I got the Sun Cruiser with basement air and we love it. But can I get some ideas as to who to get to repair the Air when issues come up?

As I understand it, the basement A/C units are pretty much like a home A/C. Any technician qualified to work on your brand should be able to do the work.

The most frequent issue I've heard of the basement units is the duct work not remaining sealed, especially the portion that runs up behind the rear cap.
