Winnebago 2014 30T Mud Flap

Hi all,

We are looking for mud flap to put on our new Winnebago Vista 30T RV but are not sure if the flap should be a solid rubber or the strands of fiber type? Do mud flaps decrease air flow or increase drag? Do the mud flaps come in kits for us to install or should we have them professionally installed? Finally, where is a place to buy them? Tony

My coach came only with front flaps. I installed 2 flaps at the rear duals, and an UltraGard across the rear. I have good results and the toad stay pretty clean and no chips yet.
Look at these :Ultra Guard 94"W x 20"H for Motorhomes - Smart Solutions 00014 - Splash Guards & Mudflaps - Camping World.
(or other retailers)
If you go with the UltraGard, I suggest buying the angle bar as well. It is predrilled with mounting holes and makes the install a little easier. IMPORTANT: You want to keep the bottom clearance between 4-6 inches off the ground. I purchased the 20" model and it was just right. Good Luck.

Thank you, we are going tomorrow and look at Camping World in San Marcos. Tony
